Thanks for posting that link, Bob. That was a good documentary. Interesting stuff like the worlds biggest wine tasting competition is in Canada (what?). Any idea what the odorless chemical was in that solution they used for determining what peoples sense of taste is? I'd like to try something like that myself just to see whether I"m an average taster or not.
