Thanks for the note. The last Gigault Cuvee Viva I bought was 2001 which is still young but drinking. Although this seems to be a wine made to drink young it has benefited from some age. My 2000s seem tougher but may improve.
The 98 was a more immediately attractive [and even better] wine but now sadly all gone. I would have bought more but the price in more recent years has reflected its popularity.
