NWR: 2008 California Vintage Report: Superlative!!

This year I spent 18 hours working the Saturday, March 8th harvest at Antioch Medical Center in Contra Costa County, California. With extremely favorable growing conditions, development was excellent, though there were concerns about extended hang time at the 41 week mark. We saw moderately high yields of 9.1 lbs. per mother.

Mom and baby are healthy, though the last few days are the hardest I've ever worked to stay calm and together. Please wish us all luck and patience as I take a break from the boards for a few weeks.
