WTN: Chateau Frank Blanc de Blanc 2000

Finger Lakes.

Great frothy mousse while pouring.
Steady stream of fine bubbles throughout the course of the bottle.

Light yellow color.

Toasty, tangy acidity, intense lemon (sort of like lemon drop candies), creamy. Very clean and refreshing.

A clean, mouthwatering finish.

A very impressive wine.

Purchased at the winery during the 2007 NiagaraCOOL tour.

They do a good job with bubblies. I've had many over the years. I know some of them have Riesling in the cuveee blend, but not this one. I looked up this particular wine HERE. I just wish they wouldn't use "Champagne" on the label.
Chico - Hey! This Bottle is empty!
Groucho - That's because it's dry Champagne.
