In the US there are regulations regarding the importation of vines from other countries (for disease control purposes). As far as I know the only other laws are for patent rights on new varieties, such as those developed at Cornell U. or U. of Minnesota. Propogating these vines requires one to pay a fee that goes to the patent holder. I have several vines growing in my back yard that I hope to be harvesting from in the not too distant future.Fredrik L wrote:...
