Pacific Orchid Exposition in San Francisco

by Gary Barlettano » Sun Feb 24, 2008 2:55 pm

Here's a little suggestion for all you flower lovers out there ...

Each year I attend the Pacific Orchid Exposition at Fort Mason in San Francisco. Here is a link to a slide show of my last year's snapshots: 2007 Pacific Orchid Expo. I posted these before, but some folks may not have seen them.

It's only $12.00 a ticket if you buy them over the web at the San Francisco Orchid Society. Parking's not too tough. If you can't get a spot at Fort Mason, you can park in a nearby local school lot and they'll shuttle you over. The $5.00 fee is a tax deductible donation. Easy ... my watchword!

In any event, Fort Mason is a nice place to hang. You can eat at Green's, although I'm thinking I might head over to A 16 or try to make a new culinary discovery for myself somewhere down there.

Oh, yeah, the dates: It runs from Fri., 2/29 thru Sun., 3/2.
And now what?
