Bois de Boursan: Beer Casks

by Redwinger » Sat Jan 19, 2008 7:27 pm

I was killing time today and came across mention that Bois de Boursan (one of my favorite CdP producers)ages their regular cuvee in casks which have been used for Alsacian beer. Seemed rather odd, but got me to wondering if this is a common practice or something unique to this estate, or someone fibbing on the internet??
