Opened to pair with a pasta with broccoli, basil & chicken.
This wine has evolved into a seamless whole. While it's not a blockbuster it's complete, with no signle element sticking out, but rather a warm (not alcoholic), round wash of aroma and flavor with all the edges perfectly sanded down. It pairs beautifully with the food while never taking center stage on its own. (87 pts. as a wine on its own, but 95+ with the food)
