Special Christmas Day Chat!

By popular request, I am pleased to announce that there will be a special chat on Christmas Day! Come gather around the virtual yule log and tell us what you're sipping, what you drank, or what you're planning to open!

Due to people traveling and dining, please note the special time. We will begin 1 hour earlier than the regular Sunday chat schedule!

Which means we light the fire at 3 p.m. Eastern, 2 p.m. Central, 1 p.m. Mountain, 12 p.m. Pacific, 2000 GMT, 9 p.m. in Western Europe, 10 p.m. in Helsinki, 7 a.m. Boxing Day (the 26th) in Sydney and environs, and 9 a.m. Boxing Day (the 26th) in New Zealand.

Just finished a wonderful Christmas day with the entire immediate family - cooked seventeen "low GI" meals over a 10 hour period with only 4 bottles opened. One screwcap Riesling with a terminal sulfur problem being the only dud.
