- 1988 de Venoge Champagne Brut - France, Champagne (12/23/2007)
Golden yellow, almost pilsner colored. Heady aroma of yeast, baked bread, and lychee. First enters the mouth sharply acidic. Slate. Long finish of melon and peach. Completely coats the mouth with soft perfumy fruit at the finish. Beautiful.
