Upon reading the article herewith linked I recalled that my Dad would "have" to take a wine class as part of his employment with the old Westinghouse Electric Co.

Although he is too humble to mention this, our own Thomas P. used to conduct similar classes in the ward rooms when he ran his wine shop in NYC.
