One of the slower movers on the Grills winelist but I always try to promote. The `03 is now on the shelf here in town. SC, opened one hour, not decanted, $26 Cdn.

Color is a dull ruby-red, showing some bricking on the rim. Funny nose, most grenache character is lacking, only some savoury oak tones and blackberry. Where is the bumph?
Medium bodied with berry, spice and hint of chocolate. Starting to dry out? Previous bottle had raspberry and pepper if I remember correctly. Not much showing here this time around, pity. Have to wonder if I have an off-bottle here?

Comments welcome from the experts here.
