Just wanted to share a feature from the Hudson Valley Table magazine, an excellent free quarterly we have up here. The current issue is full of great features, but I was particularly impressed by this one.

I've never found it hard to match wine with vegetarian food - strong Cab Sauv seems to be my one bind - but I'll keep this piece on hand for easy match-ups over the holidays.
