- 1991 Warre Porto Vintage - Portugal, Douro, Porto (12/8/2007)
Upon opening, the cork was very soft and completely disintegrated while being extracted.
Good waft of cherry fruit while decanting. The wine doesn't seem worse for the wear considering the cork.

Bright fruit, raisins and plums on the palate. Spicy finish. A little too hot. An enjoyable glass, but no wow factor. I rinsed the bottle and decanted back into the bottle. I'll return to it later.
