    Flat out fantastic. It opens with a searing acidic beat down. But then it follows with pure, rich, grapefruit and rainwater, filling out quite a bit with air and showing some sweetness after awhile. Doesn't seem to be from RS but rather beautifully ripe fruit doing its thing.

Wow, what a coincidence, I just popped this 10 minutes ago and sat down to read this board before fixing dinner. My first impressions are similar to yours- this is great- but I do think there is some residual sugar there. I usually think of this bottling as dry and the Renaissance as usually demi-sec, but this can't just be ripe fruit, at least I don't think so
