Western Cape.

Fairly deep purple color.

Moderate weight, very fleshy and juicy black cherry, blueberry and blackberry, spicy, sweet, quite peppery and tangy, toasty-charred, smoky.

Rich and sweet fruit on the finish.

Quite rich and intense and very gulpable. Don't drink this if you are looking for complexity: this is a straightforward, fruity wine that would fit in quite easily with a BBQ or a backyard gathering.

A steal (in Ontario anyway) at $10.95 (Canadian), although I have seen it advertised in the US at $7

Starting to find more SA wines out here Buce. But I need to taste before I buy these new arrivals, or get hold of Platters Guide!
