Question for Alejandro Audisio re: Argentina Wineries

by Kyrstyn Kralovec » Wed Oct 10, 2007 11:55 am

Alejandro,

I'll be vacationing in Argentina in January, spending a few days in Mendoza. I'm staying at Finca Adalgisa, which I understand is a working vineyard, but I'm hoping to check out some other wineries while there and wondered if you had any suggestions.

Thanks!

Kyrstyn

Hi Kyrstyn,

Sorry for my belated reply. Here is a list of producers that I suggest you consider visiting:

Bodega Benegas
La Azul
Achaval Ferrer
Terrazas de los Andes
Familia Zuccardi
Andeluna Cellars
Dolium
O. Fournier
Las Perdices
Vina Qaramy
Mapema

Cheers,
Alejandro

Thank you for the suggestions, Alejandro.

Randy, I have absolutely no idea. I find it all over the internet but never with the work from which it came. For some reason I want to say it was from "Of Human Bondage" (perhaps because that's the only Maugham work I've read) but I don't think that's right.
