Suggestions on serving temp for Setubal?

by Bruce Hayes » Sat Oct 06, 2007 12:34 pm

Bought a couple of bottles of Moscatel De Setubal 2001 (J.P. Vinhos) and plan to serve it this weekend following our Thanksgiving dinner.

(Yes, Canadians celebrate Thanksgiving about a month before you do in the US.)

Was thinking of serving it "slightly" chilled - above room temperture, but not straight from the fridge.
