Welcome to October, my favorite month of the year! The weather is beautiful here at 7200 feet above sea level in the mountains of northern New Mexico. We are enjoying warm, golden days and crisp, clear nights with the Milky Way on full, glorious display overhead.

So what could possibly be better? Combining October with the regular WLDG Mid-Week Chat!

The hilarity commences at 9:30 p.m. Eastern, 8:30 p.m. Central, 7:30 p.m. Mountain, 6:30 p.m. Pacific, 0130 Thursday GMT, some horrible hour in the middle of the night in Western Europe, 11:30 a.m. Thursday in Sydney and environs, and 2:30 p.m. Thursday in New Zealand.
