WTN: Riesling

Light golden yellow. Voluptuous nose of ripe tropical and melon fruit with hints of petrol. Great mid-palate feel of acidity and sweet peaches and melons. Long finish of bright acidic fruit. Well balanced wine.

With food: makes layers of flavor appear. The first dish was a garlic potato bacon soup. The wine's finish was enhanced with a slice of white pepper spice.

Second dish: Mexican beef and bean burrito with guacamole and salsa. Again the finish was enhanced with a spicy finish of lemon and white pepper again.
