Pulled this out of the cellar today partly because of a need for something refreshing to drink on a hot Labor Day afternoon and because of a suspicious looking bulge to the capsule.

Cork was completely saturated. Wine was a beautiful shimmering gold in color (reminds of the approaching fall season). Aroma was varietally correct. Nice pineapple notes on the palate with just the slightest hint of petrol. Good acidic backbone showing more breadth than focus. Decent length to the finish. No off flavors whatsoever.

Probably not the best time to open this as the primary flavors are on their way out and no secondary flavors were apparent. Still, a very nice sipper that I think will reward further cellar time.
