Attn SemiCoolers: Sunday evening tasting @ Village Corner

This just in from Dick Scheer at Ann Arbor's Village Corner, the wine shop that MoCoolers love ...

If anyone who is going to the impromptu 2007 MoCool convention in Ann Arbor this weekend is staying through Sunday evening, please let them know that Village Corner - Ann Arbor Tasters Guild is holding a Best Values Tasting at Best Western Executive Plaza, 2900 Jackson Road, starting at 5pm and running about three hours. 60-80 wines, all under $15 retail and rated 86-90+ by the leading critics. Buffet and a cheese and olive oil tasting included. I suspect this is exactly what DOESN'T interest the MoCool group, but, what the hell, we do it once a year anyway, it's popular, and maybe it will add an attraction to some out-of-towners' A2 weekend. Cost: $25.

Hi Guys,

I've attended a couple of these and in fact there are a lot of decent wines poured there. They're not high-dollar wines, but many are pretty decent juice.
