2005 Pali Wine Co. Pinot Noir Inman Olivet Vineyard - USA, California, Sonoma County, Russian River Valley (8/9/2007)
Very Berry on the nose. Deep strawberry and tart red cherry flavors with a hint of wood spice. A touch alcoholic, but it's hot in the house, so benefit of the doubt there. Nice stuff.

Thanks for the note. IIRC this one seemed to have a little more structure than some of the others. But as always with this style I think it is very risky to wait so I had this one as an 08 drinker.

It seems to have plenty of stuffing and structure for a few years. I think 2010 would be easily fine.

My house is pretty darned hot right now, but I wanted red. Don't read anything into the heat comment.
