Finally, someting I understand

I made it to "Wine Guru" after 500 posts. This title certainly does not describe my expertise but like it a lot better than Uber Geek which I never understood what that was. Thank you Robin, I now feel complete.

Way to go Walt, welcome to the 500 club. Now you can expect a band of followers who will gasp at your every word!

I prefer Macho Pedantic Oeneophile but Robin is pretty stingy giving those out.

Jim, as soon as you get to 500, you can have whatever name you want!

And Walt, that goes for you too, if you'd prefer to be something other than Wine Guru. Stuart, for instance, chose "Stud Muffin". :)

I don't know, but with that avatar I would go for "Voldemort's Friend."

Psst! Sorry, but the choose-your-own option clanks in at 1,000, not 500.

This will give Jim and Walt something to look forward to, though!

Maybe Robin will put you in charge of reviewing Portugese wines now that you've proven your worth...

Hey Alan! Portugese wines, and corks are Robins personal baliwick! Everyone knows that. :)
