O.W.,

Thanks for the recommendations! I do remember you from House on the Hill, but can't recall the faces!

Judson's has our 02 and 03 Shou (pronounced "show", the Chinese symbol for longevity on the label--our Bordeaux blend) I think Bistro does too. Tre Cugini has a couple of cases of our 04 Riesling.

I did taste with a collector in GR last year. Here are his notes:

I'm not surprised you don't remember my face, but thought you might remember Beth. Most people do.
Even before opening your note, I was betting that would be Jeff Cassetta. Great notes on obviously great wine.

Jim, yes indeed, I'm about 120 miles north of Seattle, an area called Birch Bay.

Too cool, Jenise! My sisters both live in Arlington. I may come out for a visit this summer. We should pull some corks together! I have always thought western WA had some nice microclimates for making great sparkling wines. It is cool enough to create mature fruit with low sugars and high acidity just like the Champagne district.

Yeah - I don't have even the foggiest clue what smoked fish might taste like, but immediately my first thought was champagne.
