Speaking of which, does anyone have any experience cellaring the wines of St Urbans Hof?

Not much. St. Urbans Hof has only been readily available in the USA for the last 5 years or so. That said it doesn't give much of a chance for cellaring. I have some '01s and '02s sleeping downstairs, but that's it.

The '01 QbA has developed well if that means anything.
