Looks like it will be a 2001 ESJ Wylie-Fenaughty Syrah. Some in the Beef Burgundy and the rest in my tummy. Yummy.

I'm going to drink a 2005 Colline del Cesanese that I picked up on our trip to Rome. No experience with this wine whatsoever. It's chilling right now (6:00 pm EDT).
