Not a noticeable blip, really. One of the good news/bad news things about having a high-traffic 'net publication with good Google positioning is that most people who are looking for you have already found you. Not that publicity isn't nice for ego strokes, mind you, but I've found that even major-media mentions like the NY Times and LA Times don't really generate hugh-mongous spikes in traffic.
