Curious, Oliver.....how does a winemaker choose the OTR on the closure?? If he's given a
choice of X ml O2/yr or 2X or 3X...how does he choose which one to use? I would think it
would take yrs of experience to get a feel for that.

Stelvin is now making 4 or 5 differently rated screw caps, I dare say other producers of the closure are doing the same. I don't know how a given winemaker would choose exactly which closure to use, but I would imagine that the data will pile up as people use them.
