Ted,

The Beaucastel Hommage is amazing. It's one of the few trophy wines that has always eclipsed the hype when I have had it.

La Romanee-Conti is my choice.

Another vote for DRC Romanee-Conti. I've had quite a few DRC wines, including La Tache, but never the RC.

I've also never had Clos d'Ambonnay, and would love to try, but Krug isn't stylistically my favorite bubbles so DRC RC gets the edge.

I've never had Le Pin either, but doesn't call to me as much.

It would be really old, but I'd love a taste of the defunct Ch. Dubignon, because I think it's the only wine from the 1855 Medoc classification that I've never had (or had successor wine) though I think estate was divided between Malescot-StE and Durfort-Vivens, which I;ve had,

1. DRC LaTache
2. Henschke "Hill of Grace" Shiraz

Number 2 is achievable, number 1 is probably not.
