Our personal top wines of 2014?

One standout this year, Hawkes Pyramid Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon '06 on Christmas Eve.
Second or third best Cab I can remember.
Of course the dry-aged standing rib roast didn't hurt a bit.

I liked the Hawkes lineup when we stopped there a few years ago! Nice young lady running the tasting room, too!

These kinda stand out. (I'm sure that I'm missing others.) And even though they were consumed up to twelve months ago, each one is still fresh in my memory.
