I have always liked the idea of being able to sue critics for mal-practice. A critic in any field whose criticism consists primarily of puns on names, or titles and a couple of one liners is not qualified to be a critic, in my opinion, and should be held legally responsible for their inane criticism. They are definitely out there. If barbers can be sued for mal-practice, why not critics?
