Some German Rieslings are nearly colorless, but you don't know which one until you open the bottle & pour. Mosel Riesling Kabinett is your best bet, but not certain.

Hi Brett,

Thanks for coming back.

To be honest, I don't know of a single white wine that one could confuse with water by sight. Some Germans are indeed pretty pale, as are some of the lighter Italians, but water white? I've never (in 65 misspent years) seen one.
