Thanks Ian of France! In this part of the woods we don’t call it pumpkin pie but “pumpkini pie” (the secret is using a little ricotta cheese).

Happy Thanksgiving!!!

I'm off to dinner in a few minutes and I'm bringing the wine for 6 adults. I asked what they would like. We're starting with with a Taittinger La Francais NV with appetizers. We have some Chardonnay fans so we have a bottle of Gratis 2003 (made by the folks at Sea Smoke in Santa Barbara) and for me and my better half we have a bottle of Fiddlestix Lallopaloosa 2004 Pinot Noir.

Happy Thanksgiving!
