As the question came up at dinner (and later), I e-mailed Terry Theise regarding the Brundlmayer Gruner Veltliner Alte Reben sources. He indicated that it came from two vineyard sites, one with vines around 50 years of age, and the other with vines closer to 70. He did not specify which vineyard sites.
