Of course. Even the Wine Century Club sheet has blank lines for grapes they don't have pre-listed. Huxelrebe is one, Regent is another. Then there's Ehrenfelser, Siegerrebe, Ortega, Albalonga, etc. Heck, even Rieslaner is missing!
