Toxins within toxins all around.
Intolerant of others inconsistencies a result of the many inconsistencies within me.A vicious cycle.
Both need major cleanup.Probably more productive to begin with me.

Even knowing that this journey is coming to an end, I still feel the urge to post. One possible reaction in the face of departure is to continue the routine for as long as one can.

Friday night I opened another of the Midbar Semillion 2009. I don't sense much in the way of a mature development over time, though it is amazingly crisp for its age, showing sharp lemon flavors.

Then I celebrated Purim with the Hagafen Cuvee de Noirs 2007. This sparkling wine is showing beautifully, with strawberry over brioche. Then I had the Shiloh Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon 2010 followed by the Prix Hagafen Cabernet Sauvignon 2002. The Shilo showed rich wood derived flavors over ripe dark fruit, whereas the Hagafen was exceedingly elegant with restrained fruit.
