Hi Harry,

After having a Israeli Syrah, the Flam Reserve 2012, several weeks ago, I opted for a Californian this time around: Hajdu Syrah 2011. The color is bright ruby, creating the expectation for freshness, that doesn't fail to materialize. It has a medium body, and showcases fresh red berries with moderate spice, but with a soft underbelly.
